"Lovely space with all the necessary amenities. Bed was comfortable and the entire space was very Zen indeed.Hottub was clean and ready for use, just a few steps up from the room. Most definitely recommend. "

"This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value."

"This guest house was perfect for a quick vacation to Malibu. The room was comfy and the views were great. My only “complaint” although this was nothing major, there was some construction going on at the neighbors homes which made parking tricky at times. Despite the parking situation, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quaint getaway."

"An assigned parking space was nice. The beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was nice. We were able to cook some of our meals. My daughter-in-law had to work 2 days we were there the designated desk and work space with lots of plugins for equipment was very nice. It was easy to find and get around from. We visited the Reagan Library., Santa Barbara, Ojai, The Getty and UCLA."

"We had such a wonderful time staying at Channel Island Shores! This was our 2nd visit and before our stay, Tina asked if we were celebrating anything so I mentioned that we were visiting Oxnard because my son wanted to go fishing for his 13th birthday. My daughter was also celebrating her 8th birthday as well. She asked me to send her a photo of them and when we arrived, they had a special birthday set up on the dining table. It was a framed photo, birthday button, and a special message written...

"Property is in a great location with a good view of the ocean. Walking distance to the beach. The free bikes on site and heated pool are a nice plus. Place was clean and well decorated. Staff was friendly. Definitely will be back. "
