"Ten family members from four states convened in Andover for a holiday reunion and retreat. This was a great house for that. Great layout, spacious common areas, ample windows to welcome natural light, a fully equipped kitchen (great for this group that did its own cooking), comfy beds, and a great location. "The space was much larger than we expected. Plenty of space for all 8 of us to be in one room but also lots of space to sit quietly and read a book while other socialized. Beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows! Home was stocked with all you need. 10-15 minute drive to the T and tons of restaurants within walking distance. "

"Overall, we were happy with our stay. We were there in the winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the lake. The house was great as a launch point between Boston and the mountains.The house is literally on the lake. Water touches the lake side of the house.
