We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. "With a vineyard and garden in the backyard this house is perfect. We were able to watch restoration of the lighthouse across the street and had a wonderful view of Lake Erie. The house is also perfectly located for quick day trips to Buffalo, Niagara, and Chautauqua. "
