House is big and comfortable. The vine bar and grill 1/2 Mike away is very good and convenient. The hot tub was great after fishing in 20 degree temps all day. The host is very easy to reach and very nice. There is a grill and fire pit as well which may not be mentioned in the listing. If I had one small complaint it would be the noise from the highway however I’m a very light sleeper so most probably won’t notice.
My husband and I along with 5 adult children had wonderful bonding time. Made a roaring fire outside, really enjoyed the hot tub, wineries and a short trip to Presque Isle. Very nice!
Very peaceful property, nice and private which is a plus for our doggies. All the rooms are very spacious. My mother loved it because her grandmother was a vineyard owner not too far from this property and it reminded her of her childhood. The vineyard is beautiful.
The property was very nice and clean. We used it for a base to visit some colleges but also visited an amusement park and Lake Erie attractions. Everything was fine the girls liked the hot tub.
I booked this house for my sister’s bachelorette party weekend. It was perfect. Great location for wineries, plenty of space (we had 9 women), very clean, and the hot tub was awesome! Hosts were great too. Would 100% recommend.
There are actually 5 very nice bedrooms, not all jammed up with extra beds and such. We loved having our morning coffee in the breakfast nook that overlooks the vineyard. The kitchen had everything we needed. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting around the fire ring by the moonlight. We will likely stay there again.
We really loved staying here! The house was well-equipped and felt cosy, like a home away from home—and yet it was big and not cramped. The view across the wintery vinyard was my favorite thing every morning! We also enjoyed the hot tub! Adam was quick to reply and help out if we needed anything. The surrounding countryside and especially the shores of Lake Erie are breath-taking—it was early Spring and still icy, but the landscape is worth a trip at any time of year. Thank you for everything!
The house and property was amazing! We had a group of 11 for our trip to Erie, we found this place. It had plenty of space for all of us. We definitely utilized the amenities they had to offer and had an enjoyable time. Adam was an excellent host! They provided everything you need as far as basics, even firewood for the pit. We forgot our HDMI cord to play our switch and he brought one right over to us. Beautiful house, wonderful host, I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend!
The property location is wonderful for North East wine touring everything is very close in proximity. The house is really nice, very large dining room table for eating or playing games. The fire pit area was great but need to stock some matches or a lighter to get things started.........or remember to bring your own. Beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious. Lots of towels and all the basics in the kitchen. It is an older house so a few things noted, the shower heads are very low so anyone over 5'6" needs to twist a bit and sort of squat down to get their head under the water. The floors are a bit creaky when walking around so at night can be a little noisy, and some of the windows don't fully close so a bit drafty, but the owner was awesome to work with and can't wait to book another trip in the future. thanks for a great stay.

Lake Erie fishing adventure
Overall, our stay was positive, nice older farmhouse on a vinyard. Unfortunately, the house had mice which left excrement on the kitchen counter tops and could be heard scampering in the house at night. Also, the family room had such a strong odor emitting from a tear the chase lounge (I think a dead mouse) on the sectional couch that the living room with the only TV was unusable. The fact that we were in the house very little other than sleeping, we were able to make it work. If I were there with my children/grandchild we would have required alternate housing. Despite having multiple texts/concersation with the property owner, he was only willing to provide less than a 5% discount on the total 3 day stay. For the reasons stated, we cannot recommend this property.
It was a wonderful experience. The property was very homey, well kept, and comfortable. The beautiful, secluded back lot was perfect for lots of family fun.
