"The location was perfect and while the room itself was nicely designed, the shower was slippery and there should be a mat. The breakfast offered was poor in comparison to other hotels in this category so we were disappointed. The coffee although fresh was not hot, there was no fresh fruit, the OJ dispenser was broken and it was a pretty lackluster assortment of food."

"The hotel is convenient to Arundel Mills shopping area without being right in the middle of all the traffic and noise. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend SpringHill Suites by Marriott."

Room clean, bed not so comfortable, Hotel was incredible actually, the ONLY issue i had was just 1 very rude counter person that gave my son a hard time over buying a softdrink out of lobby. Treated him like he was bothering her and then just yelled at him to just take it because she didnt want to deal with it, then as he started to walk off started hollaring about paying for it."
