"The price of this place is amazing and therefore a very good value. There were a few cleaning issues that we noticed, but overall the room was clean. We did have an issue with someone smoking in one of the rooms next to us one night and because the rooms are set up as basically central air situation and not the individual room heating and cooling units that normal hotels have, the smoke from that room came in to our room through the vents. "Perfect location on Lake Norman. We have stayed here now several times on our way back and forth from Ohio to Florida. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene with spectacular lake views all around. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The king bed in the master bedroom is beyond comfortable. This place is truly a gem. We’ll be back over and over again! "

"We checked in and got our stuff to the room. Place was clean and inviting. We were there to see the Panthers play their last home game. Had a great view of the stadium and the city.
