"The neatest little apartment in the Danville River District. It was chilly during our stay but we took advantage of the location and walked just a short distance to a couple local bars/restaurants, did the river walk, checked out the farmers market next door and ventured to the casino that was only a few miles away. A spring or summer stay will definitely be in our future! "

"This place was a bit rundown but for the price, we were not disappointed. It’s an upstairs apartment with a pretty rickety railing. It was clean except for the carpet. The double size bed was like an old fashioned featherbed, soft which I liked. Scott, the owner, was nice and texted right back when we needed something. It was a great location for our time at the NCFolkFest and other downtown wanderings. (Loved Greensboro’s Historical Museum, a must go see!)"

"Please was clean and decent size. Walk down the hill has pavers/rocks but would be hard for older people to go down. Has a hot plate instead of a oven or stove. Only issue we had was heating. I guess with the type of heating it wont go over 70. We could never get it above 68. They do provide a couple heaters as well to help tho. Was a nice place and hosts were very helpful and nice."
