"Needed a place for my seven year old and I to stay for the weekend while we were at the whitewater center. This place was great for us. It’s small but very functional and clean. Bathroom was excellent and the bed was comfy. We caught a few bass off of the dock and watched a storm pass by from the hot tub. The owner was extremely accessible and responded to my requests for recommendations quickly. Awesome little spot, just don’t expect a 5 star resort. My son had a blast staying in the “camper”...

"Great location, super cute silo sat in the woods. Really nicely setup and was very clean. They also have a neat treehouse option on the property too. Hosts were great too. We really enjoy the hot tube. It was clean, hot and the location was private and we loved the lights. "

"The home is in great shape and on a lot that includes a fishing lake. While I am not much of a fisher, my son did enjoy having the land to run around on and throwing rocks in the lake. I will say that we have had a few encounters with the animals in the area, but nothing extreme that we could not handle. Mostly just really big birds and occasionally a deer or two but it was to be expected because of the area. There are older trees on the land, so occasionally we would hear a branch fall on top...

"Roomy apartment with comfortable beds. Great for a weekend get away that was far enough from downtown to avoid traffic but close enough to make nightlife easy to get to. Will be staying here again."
