"Difficult to find the fitness center and communication to assist was not good. Ended up bothering a resident as we accidentally attempted to access his apartment but he was understanding and helped us locate it. Other than that we were very pleased"

"We rented a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious. The location was also great, with dining options close by. It was very quiet and we felt safe the entire time. The only issue we had was the water pressure was very low in the showers. The cleanliness was ok, the refrigerator was a bit dirty and there was hair on the sheets in the beds. The washing machine also didnt work while we were there, but they were very fast in assisting us. Overall I would definitely stay there again. "

"Terrible...I waited at the lobby for over an hour and could not check in. Spoke to someone over their desk phone who said they would be there in 5 mins and never showed up. The in and out traffic looked like a trap house for lack of a better phrase. Worst booking ever!!! Paid for 8 days and never got to check in, and still got charged!"
