Home is very clean and accurate to the listing, many amenities to take advantage of on the property. Overall great stay! "

"Had a lovely stay at Happy Trails with a group of about 10 friends for a long weekend of skiing. The house is fantastic - very spacious and can fit far more than 10 adults. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub was a lovely way to end each long day of skiing. Plenty of towels provided. Loved the amount of games floating around the house as well - they were put to good use! The house is located just a short walk away from Roadrunner trail - took no more than 3min to...

All the post-ski joys are here, including cozy gas fireplace, pristine hot tub, and perfect mix of games in the game room. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are dreamy--this place has it all. "We had a great time at Mark's house in Sunday River! We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays - and we wish we could've stayed longer! We arrived to lovely Christmas decorations around the house, equipped with a 10-foot Christmas tree! Mark was an excellent communicator - responding literally within minutes and catering to all our needs and questions.
