"What a great 5 days! This house's accommodations were just right for our party of 10 (2 families). The 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs were perfect for me, my husband and son. It was like having our own private suite. The downstairs was a great spot for all the younger guys to sleep and hang. The master suite off the kitchen was great for the other adult couple in our group. Being skiers the ski room for all our ski gear and boot/ gloves dryer was awesome! "We stayed here with our kids for a weekend away in New Hampshire to see the Fall foliage. We had an absolutely great time. The property was perfect for a large family. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was super clean and very well maintained. This was our first time staying at a VRBO and we would definitely go back to this location again! It was outstanding. "

"Had a 3 generation gathering for Thanksgiving weekend. Kitchen and Dining areas worked great for our large meals. Beds and Linens were comfortable. Bathroom cleanliness was top notch. Snowed 6”-8” and driveway cleanup was lacking in timeliness and thoroughness. Expected better in an area very used to dealing with snow. Several other minor issues, but Overall, we had a great weekend!"

The house was clean, recent updates all around, comfortable, fully functional with cute kitchen, laundry and a mud room that could be a great asset in the winter. "The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them."
