"We booked this hotel for a quick late night stay because we were flying out in the morning. It was better than staying at some old run down hotel near the airport with shuttle issues for $300. Although the hotel was built in 2023 you can tell it isn’t finished and they have more work to do. Overall the bed was comfy, I love that you can fully slide the windows open for air and the shower was clean and new, unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have the money to maintain the property so they do things very cheaply, but that didn’t bother me because the place was clean and free of bugs so I was able to sleep comfortably. The hotel is across from Netflix studios in a pretty deserted area but because no one walks or lives over there it’s pretty safe we got food and drinks before we got there and were happy. You can tell they try, also Stay away from the loft rooms, I booked it I thought I it was cool but when we got there we were told it had. O windows. the receptionist upgraded us to a high floor room from a basement because on Expedia the photos show the lofts have windows but she told us it does not. It’s pet friendly for $20 pet fee which is why we’re were flying out of nyc to drop our dog off. So in all I will stay here agin to save $200 and get rest before I travel. "
