"We enjoyed our stay overall at this Erie apartment. The location was a good midpoint between downtown and Presque Isle. We were there in the fall when it was colder and rainy, so being closer to downtown was nice. To stay here you must be able to handle somewhat steep steps. The mattress was nice. "Our stay was wonderful. We arrived to a perfectly clean property. There was a binder containing plenty of helpful information so that we could make the most out of our time in Conneaut. The property is located only a few blocks away from the water and some restaurants, yet it was still very quiet! Would highly recommend staying here; it’s a hidden gem!"

"We had a lovely time staying at the apartment. Everything we needed. Really handy to have washer and dryer and even laundry detergent. Inn keepers were friendly, responsive and helpful. Great location, walk to coffee, shops, beach and bakeries. The deck was our favorite spot, nice Lake breeze. Plenty of good restaurants around and even a brewery. "

"This property is remote- there are attractions within a half hour drive, so if you’re hoping to walk to nearby places, this isn’t the one. Everything is much higher quality than I typically see in a VRBO rental. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up!
