"Our stay was relaxing and peaceful. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and close to local wineries, covered bridges and lake Erie. We were only there one night but would love to stay longer. There are many personal touches that add to the ambiance. The area has so much to see. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a gas grill and fire pit on the patio. "I was attending a doggy event in the area and the location was excellent, just minutes away from the venue, so no need to get up so early to get ready. Was very dog friendly. Lots of room to let dogs run, but need to watch out for the ducks and Guinea hens, no fenced yard so dogs need to have good recall if running off leash. "Went for a quick get-away for spring break. We did not want to utilize the attached indoor water park this visit so we loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Especially loved the fact it was basically empty until the water park closed. Went with a 12, 6, 4 and 2 year old and a 2 month old with 3 adults. The 2 bedroom suit with three beds, two baths, pull out sofa and kitchen was absolutely perfect. We previously stayed at a different attached hotel and will definitely be switching to this for future trips. Staff very friendly. Only slight negative was the breakfast area. Just oddly placed and cramped when busy. "
