Downside is multiple messages pointing to strict enforcement of check in and out times (almost unwelcoming)and add on expenses that makes this a pricey stay. "

"For those who have kids this would be great. You have access to a private beach which is just down the road. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great for walks in the morning. If you have a boat there is a launch less then 500 ft from the house. We will be back."
