"Was pleased with our one night stay. The lobby is very nice and has a bar area and a sitting/library are as well. We didn’t eat the breakfast but I believe it was $19/person and there is a separate sitting area for that. I will point out the $29 parking option is not right next to the hotel. It is at the JW parking ramp. This wasn’t an issue for us but it’s not called out in the booking or anywhere else. There is a lot right out in front of the entrance but it is public parking and the hotel...

"It was good overall, very nice and clean room. But when we tried to access Netflix via casting and it wouldn’t work, the front desk staff wouldn’t help. The tv kept saying I had to enter a pin and the desk staff just said “you don’t need to do that” but couldn’t access any type of casting without it so they were not helpful or even tried to be helpful. "

"The breakfast was incredible! The hotel is very quiet and convenient. My only issue was that my room smelled like smoke horribly. I didn’t say anything because I wasn’t even there for 24hrs. It could have used another cleaning as well, but not filthy."

"Excellent desk staff. Room was very clean. The only downside was the breakfast wasn’t quite what I have experience at other Holiday Inn Expreses. Specifically, I was disappointed they didn’t include potatoes and sausage gravy and biscuits. Especially on a weekend. "
