"Tin Tin II is the perfect getaway house for families. We had 3 generations assemble for the long MLK weekend - perfect location, great views ( and sunsets). The house is lovely- well cared for and well stocked. If you have an opportunity to stay there I highly recommend it. "

"Had a fantastic stay at this cozy beach house in Port Sheldon! Our group of 4 adults and 5 kids had enough of space and enjoyed the beautiful beach right outside. The house had all the amenities we needed, though we spent most of our time soaking up the sun on the beach. Convenient location with groceries and restaurants not too far away. We can't wait to come back"

"Our stay here was wonderful. So spacious and accommodating for my family of 6, and, as owners specified, design of house is mindful of everyone's space and privacy. Cleanest property I've stayed at and stocked with amenities- we hardly needed to use our own (toilet paper, beach towels/chairs, dryer sheets, cups and dishes, even mini pancake/waffle maker, etc.). Local beaches are literally few mins away from property and are very well-kept and huge (note that this isn't a waterfront property; waterfront is reserved for permanent neighborhood residents but not a problem at all for our family as we do not have little kids and didn't mind a 2-min drive). They felt like private beaches and were much better than Lake Mich. waterfront from Traverse City. Property is also so close to the downtown area, yet still immersed in the rural scenery such that we were able to smell the crisp lake air and take in all the greenery without being inconvenienced when we wanted to go downtown in the evening. Rental company was also super hospitable, courteous, friendly. Hours to contact them were plentiful (I believe until midnight), though there was nothing else we could possibly need. Plenty of games to play with the family. Bedrooms are beautiful, roomy, and well-designed- modern with an organic feel. Overall, it was the perfect property to explore the quaint culture of Grand Haven and unplug from the city. Definitely recommended to friends and fam."

"Dune Crest was an absolute dream and I give it a 10 out of 10 rating! You will not be disappointed so book your stay as soon as possible as I am sure it’s going to book up quickly. This beach house is perfection and has everything you need from a grill, to beach chairs, beach towels, all the essential kitchen items you will need to cook with, etc. And we couldn’t have asked for a better location…you are steps away from the beach which is the best part! The house was a perfect fit for an our family of five and the sunsets were simply magical to watch every evening. We loved our stay here and hope to book again for next year. Thank you Dune Crest for an unforgettable week… our family will never forget it:) "

"We had a large family group ages 5-60s and drifting dunes met all of our needs! The location was great just a bit outside of town and in a nice, quiet area. The wooded lot was great and the kids enjoyed playing outside and all the bikes. We took the surrey bike down to the local beach which is very small but wonderful to have so close. The sand toys and beach towels were great to have and the kitchen was well equipped and met our needs. The driveway is a little bit hard to find off of lakeshore drive. The large area filled with scrapbooking tables was a bit odd for us at first but really didn't bother us after the the first day or so. I would recommend staying here and would love to come back again sometime! "
