"I stayed for 6 days, 5 nights. My room was serviced by housekeeping day 2 and that was it. They had these signs that you hang on the door letting them know you would like your room cleaned but the door tag was completely ignored. Most days we left out for breakfast between 7 and 9am and didn’t return to the room until after 3pm. Still no one came in to service the room or provide fresh towels or linen. I even took out my own trash most nights before going to bed. We stayed in the Ipenema tower...

"It was beautiful from check in to check out! We didn’t use many of the amenities, but did go check them out (Winds were too high for the pool). The DJT was 5 stars, no matter what time we went servers were friendly and helpful. The food was seasoned perfectly and such great quality. Breakfast was 10/10! Bed was comfortable, personally I enjoy a more firm pillow, but slept well. The view was incomparable, plus being off the strip made it so easy for uber pick up and drop off! "
