"We had an amazing stay celebrating a birthday. This neighborhood was lively and provided the downtown experience we were looking for. We walked to the Miami Heat game, and had short Uber rides to all the places of interests. I would stay here again."

"The property was clean new and no issues, beds were comfortable, the cons were there was no toaster, no big pot to make a family pasta dinner, just small pots, only 5 keurigs of coffee that didn’t even give my husband and I two cups a piece, and I didn’t really like that we only had one towel and facecloth per person, so we had to reuse everything the next night. "was a quiet neighborhood. host was eager to let us check in early since we arrived early into the area. our only complaint was that the toilet in the main room was loose and the dishwasher didn't seem to be secured to the floor. Could have used a larger coffee pot since there was multiple coffee drinkers and only a small one cup at a time maker. we didn't find anymore paper towels to replace the roll that was finished. Could have used some dish towels to dry the dishes since we didn't feel...
