"The condo itself is a bit old/outdated. BUT, it had everything we needed, and the location is PERFECT! We loved the balcony, and we were directly above the boardwalk and beach. We had a wonderful time!"

"Property is good for All day beach access. Other than that, This joint is in need of updates. The TV are not smart, the bathrooms need updates the most. Both have tubs,but you're only able to shower. Toilets flush super weak. The property is more for beach access,nothing luxury. Valet is free but confusing at first, soons you start $$tipping$$, it gets easier and friendlier"

"Very nice location across from the beach, and in the middle of the South Beach District. walking distance to most restaurants, shops and across the street from the Strand. since the alley is next to the place, the noise levels were amplified from door closures, trash can pick ups and some of the local bar music. Fairly clean and had all amenities needed, fridge, stove microwave… the bathroom needs a proper shower stall… however the tub shower worked."
