"The farm that the hut was located in was great. Lots of animals around and it was really fun feeding the alpacas! Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great getaway from the city. The directions could have been clearer, there’s no mention that I could see of the farms name however this was quickly resolved by a 1 minute phone call to the host. "

"A lovely spacious barn, fully equipped with an amazing games room which we thoroughly enjoyed. We celebrated NY here, and all had a great time. Hosts were lovely, beautiful outdoor space, and easy access to some lovely beach walks. Would highly recommend and hope to return again."

"We were looking for a dog-friendly base over the Christmas period to visit local family in Coggeshall.The bakehouse was lovely and homely with a fantastically equipped kitchen where we were able to host the all-important Christmas day lunch.The superking bed was probably one of the comfiest my wife and I have ever slept on and the linen was of the highest quality. I don't often sleep well in new places but I slept like a log in this massive, soft, warm bed.Our 19-year-old daughter was happy on...

"This place is amazing. Has everything we needed for a lovley Christmas break. Close to the water, pubs, and in a quiet area. So clean very comfortable, modern bathroom was amazing shower was exceptional. Nice touch of tea, coffee sugar as well as washing liquid all those kittle touches that made a difference. You wont be disappointed booking here. Owner David was a great help, any time i messages he was swift to reply."
