"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

Gotta download a janky app to unlock the doors and then you have to specifically ask for the wifi details before they’re provided. The host is available until 3pm, which strangely is also when earliest check in is. Average response time was somewhere between 2-3 hours. We were supplied a single roll of toilet paper and a single coffee pod between two people...

"We both thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were well laid out and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind at the end of each day. We enjoyed feeding the peacocks and managed to take some fantastic photos of them. The only thing that we missed was a dishwasher, as this was advertised but not there. Although there was a washing machine which was not mentioned! Would be happy to return if we plan to visit Suffolk again. Overall, a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable place...

Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the local area, we just knew the way to work sit and back and there was plenty of takeaways and supermarkets along the way. So clean very comfortable, modern bathroom was amazing shower was exceptional. Nice touch of tea, coffee sugar as well as washing liquid all those kittle touches that made a difference. You wont be disappointed booking here. Owner David was a great help, any time i messages he was swift to reply."
