"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"This hotel was closed when I got there, I was left stranded by your company…….I bought and paid for this so needless to safe I need my money back ASAP, I am 88 years old and to have this happen to me was not acceptable, how did this happen? I decided to take a cab from Heathrow to the Ramada Inn at Hounslow east, cost me £40-, and to find I did not have a room after a long flight from San Diego, was so disappointing."

"What a find. 1st time staying here but definitely not the last. So close to Wembley stadium/ Arena and troubadour. Friendly helpful staff. Room was just whst we needed but not sure about glass bathroom door,limited privacy when travelling with friends. Bar price reasonable for London. Buffet breakfast superb so much choice and plenty of it Highly recommended "
