"This property is probably one of the best I've stayed in in London I really enjoy the atmosphere and the general look of the hotel the rooms are always immaculate and almost feel Boutique and very high class fixtures and fittings to make you feel cozy and beyond suite is always fully equipped and clean there's extra glasses cups and always coffee and tea available I cannot felt this face one a little bit and I love it and I'll come back again"

"Very friendly and accommodating owner. Room was warm and clean with tea/coffee and water provided. Parking available on the drive. Busy road, but not too much traffic noise as shutters in room. 2 stops on the nearby train station to Wembley Park. Raining and dark when we arrived so we had a pizza delivery (we checked this was ok first) which we ate in our room (downstairs is all private) Perfect for our shirt visit to Wembley Stadium. "

Our room was clean and had all the amenities for staying 9 days; fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Bathroom has a towel warmer. And a really big enclosed balcony. "The boat and location are lovely and quaint..moored across from a bird sanctuary within walking distance of Kew Gardens. It is a boat so be ready for the intimacy of the space. Mark was a very responsive host."

"I always find these apartments a great location for my work & with parking available even better. I arrived to a warm apartment but with a fan in the room & turned on, which was appreciated. The electric charging in the car park was not working so I was unable to charge my vehicle, I had this issue last time & noticed that no one else was charging. A suggestion of improvement would be to include which building you are in by talking about the car park, if you arrive by car it isn’t always...

Great option For early Flight

"Clean and modern, nice shower. Very convenient to T2 and just a 5 minute walk from the arrival area. Only thing not clear is that the bedside plugs have switches that need to be turned on if you want to charge your phone. We arrived late and I did not check, only to discover in the morning that my phone had not charged. If you are then in a rush in the morning and you phone didn’t charge, it can cause a bit of stress. So don’t make the same mistake."
