"The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the place if filthy, the staff are rude and never around when you need them. There was a dead rat on the floor on the way to my room, the shower is horrible and dirty, the tv in the room didn’t work and the beds are terrible. To top it off you get free parking with the room and for some reason my number plate wasn’t put into the system so they are trying to hit me with a £100 parking fine, though my car was parked there for 40 minutes which would have cost...

"We had such a lovely day stay here, and would definitely recommend to others as perfect place to stay to visit Twickenham rugby stadium. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Very friendly member of staff behind the bar, he showed me the room, little tour around the pub, very polite young man, couldn't do enough for us when ordering drinks, gave us the darts to play."
