"We had a wonderful time at this place. It was immaculately clean, had plenty of space and was very tastefully decorated. We loved being so close to the stream and there were even binoculars which we could use to look out at the birds. The place was quite private with 2 separate porches looking out over the stream. We would definitely recommend it and are looking forward to returning."

"We booked Haven house as a llocatiin for family to stay together for my so’s graduation for UT Knoxville. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The property has a very well stocked kitchen and large common gathering areas. The beds were comfortable. the location was very convienent to both Knoxville and Sevierville. The house is Avery good value for a large group. "

"This property is absolutely amazing and we had the best time staying here with our family, we’ll be back!"

"Our family drove in from different states and we stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The house easily fit 5 adults and was very inviting and comfortable. We played pool every night after dinner and relaxed on the porch watching the deer, drinking our morning coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking a full thanksgiving dinner. There is not one thing remotely negative about our stay. Thank you Bill, you were easy to communicate with and we hope to be back next year. "

"This is a wonderful property and perfect for our family who was attending a wedding at Ancient Lore. The cabin has a large great room and kitchen area, perfect for socializing. We were there during the rain from Hurricane XXX so we did could not take advantage of the pool or the pond."

"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. "Spent our thanksgiving once again in Tennessee. Loved our rental - cute and cozy. We didn’t spend a ton of time there ( mostly to sleep) as I had a whole bunch of things booked - but communication was easy home was clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again.
