"I selected this property for our stay in Lenoir City for our son's wedding. The pictures really play up the property and I selected based upon that as well as the location, which was ideal. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was that both of the large garbage totes were filled to capacity and remained that way throughout our stay (no garbage pick-up?). The next thing we noticed was that all of the landscaping had been let go and the lawn had not been mowed. No big deal but left me...

"Stayed here for a home game at the University. Quiet, isolated area was perfect after spending time downtown and on campus. Layout of home was perfect for those that wanted to hang out or needed quiet time in the spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is amazing!! Great space that allowed everyone to hang out while cooking. Check in and out was smooth. Due to quick communication with the owner we were allowed to check in a bit early. "

"We had such a wonderful time at this cozy spot in South Knoxville! Kevin and Sarah were fabulous hosts and very responsive! The house was super clean and they even left champagne and local chocolates for us upon arrival - such a thoughtful touch! We brought our pup with us and he loved the fenced in backyard- they even provided a ball and potty bags which was super awesome! "A quick and breezy drive from downtown Knoxville, the barn is absolutely PERFECT if you’re looking for a unique and cozy place to stay with be plenty of character. The location is tucked off the main road in a quiet residential area, which is lovely if you’re a walker - very safe and protected no matter what time of day!
