"I met three different Reception staff during my stay. All were excellent, helpful, & knowledgeable. Loved my room, & all the ammenities. However, my window faced apartments,so kept the blinds half way down. NB. Reception is a small area, & only has one member of staff on each shift. Plan your checkin, & check out times to take this into consideration ."
