"Absolutely loved our stay, from check in the staff were all very friendly and happy to help! We had two twin rooms next to each other, as requested, the view was lovely and it was nice and quiet. Rooms do need updating, but they were very clean, warm and comfortable. We would stay here again."

"Wonderful staff. Lovely rooms - modern and clean. Great location right at tower hill underground station. Very good value. Helpful to have a kitchen. Ask for a tower view. (Had a view of train tracks on first stay and into windows of an empty building on second. Third time was the charm with a tower view!). Good restaurant - excellent pastas. No bathtubs and small shower. But overall great stays! "

"Me, my husband and two children under two had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed for my 30th birthday weekend. The staff went above and beyond. From the moment we entered to the moment we left they were so kind and accommodating. The location was perfect and we had the most perfect view of the tower bridge and the Shard. Breakfast was lovely too with enough variety. I hope we can stay again sometime."
