"Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay again! The rooms were so clean and cozy — the perfect place to unwind after I had been running around the city all day. The staff was also so friendly as well. I have to give Graciela a big shout out — I left my glasses in the lobby while I was checking out, she was so understanding and made it possible that I could get my glasses shipped to me within a few hours. "The Congress Plaza Hotel is an obviously old building, but they have done their best to update it. The room and bed were comfortable, clean, and well organized. There are of course some parts of the hotel that have maintained the old nostalgic feeling, but I didn't find anything off-putting or overly concerning. Overall, a satisfactory stay!"
