The neighborhood is quiet but safe and within walking distance of so many attractions plus the tube/buses. The hotel is modern and clean with all of the necessary amenities plus extras. The hotel was committed to ensuring that we had a great experience. The front desk and restaurant staff were all professional, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast option was great and worth the cost. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will happily recommend this hotel to our friends. "

"As you would expect from a Sofitel at a big airport. Best location for Terminal 5 - a 8 minute walk from my room to check in, all in doors, so no cold/rain to deal with. Very good value in my opinion."
