"Lovely cottage and great location with easy access to shops. Communication was great and space was very welcoming. Wished I had found the buttons for the reclining sofa sooner than our last night Would definitely recommend and would stay againThank you"

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Communication from the owners was poor right up until the day of check in. I made contact a few days before we were due to stay, to understand the process of check in. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place. "Stayed with our family and greatly enjoyed the property which is clean, bright and spacious with all necessary amenities. Excellent west London location, being only a two minute walk from the tube, making a great launching point for exploring the London sights and attractions. Plenty of street parking but relatively pricey - recommend that you arrange a visitor permit with the host if staying for more than a few days. "The cottage was everything I imagined and hoped for.. It was fully stocked and decorated beautifully.The grounds is a must see! The pictures doesn’t do it justice.. Very magical and peaceful!
