"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. We were also traveling around England with a rental car. Most hotels around England do not come with parking so this is a big plus. "I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"The location of the room was very nice and the cleaning was also very nice but I think it is suitable for one person. The bed is really small for two people, we had difficulty sleeping. We stayed for eight days and not once did anyone come to clean, bring towels or ask if we needed anything. At least for longer stays, extra cleaning should have been done."

"Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and came with some basics in the kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, light, had plenty of space and a good shower. Staff were ever present and always opening doors, helping with luggage etc. "

Already planning to go back!

"I was so comfortable here that I really hated leaving to return home. First, the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Second, the breakfast was great and had a good variety of choices to create a full breakfast and then some. It was clean and smelled nice. Third, the location was perfect: easy walking distance to trains, buses, taxis always there, the theatres, Covent Garden (fabulous), landmarks, restaurants and many stores including grocery express and some clothing stores. The only drawback was that there was not a socket to plug my hair dryer and flat iron in in the bathroom - even with the adapter. In the room there are charging ports, some international sockets and American appliance sockets. Haxell's the internal restaurant was awesome. Joe Allens - a theatre themed restaurant has an entrance into the hotel. "

"Great place to layover in Heathrow. Very close to the airport, there's a shuttle (that costs money), so if you are more than 1 traveler taking a cab or Uber is actually cheaper. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Loved the place and will definitely use it next time we need to"
