Host was friendly but a little hard to reach but heard from her right before we came to town. I think she had a family emergency so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. "This was perfect for our party of 4 (myself and husband and my mom and dad). We live in the same town, but drove out separately because of work schedules. There was enough to park both of our vehicles in the parking space. The two bedrooms/bathrooms are at opposite ends of the home, so there is a nice level of privacy. We had breakfast both mornings with a full sausage, eggs, bagels, and pancakes breakfast we brought with us. Everything to cook is there. Nice selection of coffee and tea...
