"Check in process was the fastest I have ever done. The cleanliness was adequate. It looked like an older hotel. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. We had to ask for shampoo, soap, and lotion. It was a quiet area and hotel. The waffles for breakfast was really good, but the sausage and eggs were just average. It is really close to downtown Charleston, but you have to walk over a bridge, so you can't walk there. "
