"Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. It was cold, no curtains, and couldn't figure out the heating but the bed was warm and that was all I cared about! Shower okay in the morning, Job done. Thanks."

"Great little guest house in a quiet part of the outskirts of London. Got a good night's sleep there. Comfy bed and clean room. Shared bathroom was also clean. The host Usha was polite and helpful and recommended a good workers cafe for breakfast. Would return. "

"I stayed here for a night and the owner was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a few requests and she helped us out each time. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need or want. "

"Location for Stansted Airport good, in country though. Nice room, bed & shower but dinner is only up to 8:30pm and no breakfast available for early flights as it’s only served from 8am and needed to leave by 7:15. They did offer a takeaway breakfast but it was poor (they don’t normally offer it) and needs to be organised properly for it to be beneficial to the customer."

"Great place to stay only we have stayed here many tims before the disappointment this time was no TRV on the radiator so heating was full on and not pleasant and this morning neither of us could shower as there was no hot water and no plug for sink either . Not sure if we will stay again. "
