"Location was excellent. Close to bars/restaurants but in a lovely safe, quiet street. The bed was super comfy. Shower good. Wifi great. Extremely happy with the kitchen facilities. Looked out the window to see a beautiful Japanese garden! ASR is the way to go now. "

"I feel like I'm nitpicking because the employee's were wonderful and the premises were spotless. They couldn't do more for us or be more helpful, but: The only place to put clothes for 3 people was closet with a couple shelves. Had to ask for hangers, there were 2. Bedroom had 2 nightstands with 2 small drawers in each. There was no place to put suitcases. We were only given one door card and one small bar of soap. Once you learned how to use the buses and tube with the citymapper app...
