A big shout to the gym staff who were always super helpful and to the young man who cleared the breakfast tables with a smile and always willing to help. We were there for a harry potter weekend as was most families and it was a wonderful place to stay- great location and wonderful swimming pool and gymn to decompress after!"

The room was very clean even in corners where other people miss, a credit to the cleaning staff."
