"Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the lady that checked me in. Wish I caught her name. Room was clean and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Carpet need replacing though and it needs a lick of paint as alot of scuff marks around the skirting. Aircon didn't work and broken which meant room was ridiculously hot."

The room was made up daily. The area outside felt safe and not overwhelming. Nearby places to eat. The Underground/tube was in walking distance. I would recommend and stay again if visiting London."
