"We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. The first night the room was quite chilly and we couldn't get the heater to blow warm air, reception brought us a heater which didn't have much impact as the room was huge...so reception gave us another room, no fuss or messing about, just moved us. The rooms were lovely and large, really comfy, clean beds and plenty of space. Bathroom good, bathrobes and slippers provided. Breakfast was lovely. We had dinner there both night's, food was good and not at all over priced. The reception team were great, so friendly. Position of the hotel was fantastic, just across the road from Hyde Park. This is a hotel i would definitely recommend and would definitely go back to."

"Great location. Very nice area to stay while you’re in London. Staff is super friendly and very professional. Rooms are comfortable. Great breakfast. Well worth the price, especially in London. A very short and beautiful walk away from Paddington Station. Great cafes and restaurants everywhere. "

"Everything you need in a room. Perfectly clean, big fluffy towels and a soft bed and bedding. Ideal as a solo traveller, may be a bit more of a challenge for a couple due to the compact nature of the room! No window may not be for everyone but it did mean my room was pitch black for a great nights sleep with no noise from outside despite being in a bustling part of London. "

"Paddington station and hop on half block away J and Amy were very helpful. very clean.old but tidy. no coffee machine or phone in room beds made and fresh t towels daily."
