"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). "It was just right for our visit, and near my family. Located close to public transport - buses and trains, as well as shops and restaurants. It was unusually exceptionally cold during our two week stay (can’t control the weather!) and difficult to dry clothes and keep warm.
