"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). It was unusually exceptionally cold during our two week stay (can’t control the weather!) and difficult to dry clothes and keep warm.
