"Check in / front desk staff are fantastic. That said with a dog we were placed in an empty building on the first floor with guests upstairs. The ceiling snaps and pops loudly with every movement upstairs. This keeps us annoyed / awake and causes our dog to bark. Premier property with the above, carpet from years ago, house keeping cleaning next door placed all of the bedding from the room next door on the ground in front of our door, room has a noisy brick bed, plastic disposable glasses...

"Excellent property for 2 families to come together and have a great time skiing ♥️. Our room was not as clean as we hoped for but the other 2 rooms were amazing!!!!"

Not pleased at all. If it wasnt a 5 hour drive we would leave and go home"
