Also shot out to our receptionists she was amazing even got my wife a small box of chocolates for her birthday sorry neither of us can remember her name was lots of travel for us 😊. We definitely recommend anyone looking for a great place stay here its very walkable to alot of things just go and enjoy."

"We really enjoyed our two night stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is so convenient to everything to see in the old town. We could walk to everything and could pay to park the car in a space at the front of the hotel during our stay. This was a much cheaper option to the nearby parking stations. They also had a service to have clothes washed and returned same day at a nearby laundry which was very helpful for us. Would definitely stay again if I visit Lucerne again"
