"We loved it at this place. The breakfast was superb. We never ate there for dinner, but a lot of people seemed to enjoy it. The atmosphere is cute and the beds comfy. The shower was also phenomenal. They also provided a loaner backpack to take while you went exploring. "

"Loved this property-our room was lovely and comfortable and well appointed.. the restaurant and breakfast were delicious and comfortable and we loved the location- enjoyed a walk into town and a beautiful dinner- wish we could have stayed longer in this gorgeous city:)"

"Front desk staff was so helpful checking in - gave us suggestions for restaurants, chocolate, sites to see. Breakfast was great, and nice to have access to coffee and drinks throughout our stay, and balcony to relax. Convenient location to the train station and old town. We will be back! "

"Overall, a good hotel in a great central location — very convenient for exploring the city. However, a few downsides impacted the experience. There was no on-site parking, and I ended up having to park under the nearby train station, which was quite expensive. The Wi-Fi password provided didn’t work initially, and the shampoo bottles in the room were empty. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and responsive — they addressed the Wi-Fi and amenities issue promptly, but unfortunately, there wasn’t much they could do about the parking. Good stay overall, but worth noting these points for future guests."

"The hotel manager and front desk team were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is beautifully located right in front of a stunning lake and majestic mountains. I accidentally left my computer in an Uber, and the hotel manager and team went above and beyond to help me recover it. I truly appreciated their patience, support, and warm hospitality. I feel so lucky to have stayed at this beautiful hotel, and I will definitely choose it again when I return to visit Lucerne."

"This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are little smaller than expected but manageable. The staff is excellent. The only issue was the noise from trains as the tracks are right next to the hotel. You have to close the windows to reduce the noise."
