"We had a Wonderful experience in this sweet space. Three adults, three kids and plenty of room! The Hot Tub overlooks the trees and is huge! Debbie had New Years and Holiday decorations up. The smart tv was a bonus with the kids. We will be back! "

"The property was very clean and welcoming. The owners provided a swift and easy rental process along with check in and check out process. The details that were kept from the original construction were timeless. Do not stay in a hotel stay in this property! "

"Very nice property for a family gathering. We had a great time.The 2 year old found plenty of toys. The kitchen could use better cooking and serving supplies, especially microwave dishes. The beds were very comfortable. "

"The house is very conveniently located just two blocks east of Lake Calhoun. Grocery stores, coffee shops, drugstores all close by. Access to highways is easy. Situated on a quiet street, the house is very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, living areas). Communication with host was always prompt. Thank you for making it available."

"Home is in a great location and is very clean a well maintained. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is equipped with most of what you need for preparing meals. Janine is an excellent host and responds quickly if you have a request or question. Staying in this home was a great choice for us."

Spacious Kitchen with a view! Enough room for helpers

"The property is as advertised. The only problem was that a couple of household supplies were missing. I did not contact them to rectify. It was somewhat minor so I corrected it myself. Overall a very positive stay."

"Nothing but positive! Comfortable property, very clean and well maintained, and communication with property owner was very easy! Will stay again."

"For the first time with our large media team, we were able to have a bed for every single person on the team. Loads of space for sleep, as well as hangout time. The rental had everything we needed, from shampoos and bodywash, a plethora of beds and blankets, and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Super easy to get in and out. We appreciate the accommodations!"

"I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!"

"This property is conveniently located within a quiet neighborhood. It is clean and has everything you need for a stay away from home. The owners are very responsive and great to work with. It’s a great option for a stay in the Cities."

"Wonderful place to stay for two people. Short walk to restaurants and grocery store. Close to the lake and park. The fire pit out back is a great place to sit with lots of privacy. The Nook is a cute extra space to use. "

"My family met in Minneapolis for Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully renovated; the interesting architectural features are preserved ( updated version of your favorite Great Aunt’s house). It was great to have a space to watch sports and a separate space to watch Christmas movies. The host was accommodating and a clear, concise communicator. I appreciated how well stocked the property was ( no emergency Target runs during the five day stay). Highly recommend this gem!"

"Great location right off light rail stop. Very nice new building. Onsite staff very friendly. Had a studio that was very spacious with in unit washer, dryer, kitchen, along with everything I needed (coffee, etc). Only issue was low water shower pressure and an entryway rug in u it would be nice for putting wet boots on"
