"There are things that were done well and things that did not work out so well at the cozy conifer during our stay. I would say communication with Carsten was on the hole pretty good. He got back to me with The needs I brought forward to him. The conifer was a nice medium sized Space, good for a family. The biggest issues that we had pertained to enough beds for four being advertised, but one of them being a pullout couch And the other being a portable fold up mattress. The main bed was comfy,...

"We loved their system. The Sonder mobile app can be used as the hotel card key, as well as for any questions, requests, and stay info. Having a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and a washer and dryer all in the room made our stay much more easy and pleasant. The place is clean, looks brand new. I would definitely recommend it and I plan to stay at their hotels if they are an option in other cities we plan to visit. "
