"This guest house is the perfect place to stay and in the perfect location walking distance from downtown St Mary. The charm was so inviting for a relaxing weekend getaway. We enjoyed winding down on the private balcony overlooking the water in evening. The property is clean, comfortable and quiet. Had a wonderful time and have plans to stay again ."

"Overall it was so quiet and peaceful. Only negative was the front porch light, Laundry light and outside yard lights did not work. I think bulbs needing changing, the ceiling fans had dust on them and there was a huge spill in one of the kitchen cabinets where someone spilled something on the island. Overall would most defiantly stay here again. "

"Loved my stay during the off season. It was quiet and relaxing. The property is well maintained. It's right next to Driftwood Beach which was nice when catching the sunrise on the beach. Your can also watch the sunrise from the deck chairs on the pavilion. I would stay at this location again."

"We had an excellent stay at The Sea Gate! Such a gorgeous property inside and out with a view to the ocean! When we entered the condo upon self check in, there was a wonderful Christmas music/video playing on both of the TV's! What a special welcoming touch that we will never forget! The staff were exceptional! It was great being a block away from the beach to take our walks. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to St Simons Island! "The room was very comfortable and very nicely decorated. It had a sofa and coffee table with lots of pillows. The bathroom was really nice too. It had nice big shower. The lighthouse and museum was just across the street. The visitor center, dining, shopping, and pier was just a 10-minute walk. Fort Frederica, Christ Chapel, and other points of interest were just a short drive away. The sightseeing and holiday trolley could be picked up at the pier. The continued breakfast was great too. It had an assortment of pastries, fruit, breads, juices, cereals, yogurt, and other items."
