"This is a lovely place to stay, but you must be aware that whomever is staying in the adjacent property will impact your stay. Ours was not good. Whoever was staying in the house attached to our room was loud, unruly, played music late, late, late into the night..and early morning. Luckily, we were there for 2 nights and spent all of our time in town. "

The unit is comfortable, a little funky but reasonable considering the price. Robert responded to queries immediately. We did have a problem with the wiring but he fixed it promptly."

"The Manatee Condo is located in the center of the island and makes a great home base for exploring what SSI and the Golden Isles have to offer.
