Everything was just perfect, very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, coffee with cream & sugar provided too with a nice view of the golf course to start our day. What more could you ask for?! We will be sure to look for this one again in the fall when we go back"

"This resort had so many amenities for our children to do when we were not out and about. The location was great for visiting Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. We drove a little over an hour to spend the day at Virginia Beach. Our next trip is already booked!"

"We only rented the one side which was fine however updating is needed. The sofa & the king bed were very uncomfortable. Please put a 3” mattress topper on the bed & invest in a new sofa (as these are the 2 most used items). The place was very clean. The kitchen was updated but lighting was low. We brought our e bikes & enjoyed their great paved trails. The little beach is just down the street where you can rent kayaks. Overall it was very relaxing."

"You couldn’t ask for a better base for Busch Gardens and points further afield like Water Country, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. Is this place perfect? No, you could hear the neighbors upstairs walking around and the AC is loud (but works GREAT). But, I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s a great value for the money with comfy beds and a clean interior. My son and I had an awesome time!"

"So many things provided with the stay (toiletries; utensils and flatware, esp the important things like wine glasses and a corkscrew; Brita water jug; cleaning supplies; etc). Great location with access to a beautiful ocean view and even pond fishing if you're into it. Golf course. Tennis court. On site restaurants. Quiet. Clean. Rooms spaced out enough to provide maximum privacy. Each room can be climate controlled individually. Literally the perfect stay."

"The amenities offered at the resort greatly added to our stay here. We played mini golf, swam in the pool and explored the beautiful grounds. We didn’t get to take advantage of the restaurant as we came early in the week and they were closed. Great location close to all you need in the Williamsburg area!"

"I booked a 4 BR condo and upon arrival, it was actually 2 separate 2BR condos with one of those having the distinct smell of marijuana and cigarettes. I was offered another 2 2BR condos but elected to cancel the reservation with a full refund due to the resort not having the 4BR that is advertised."
